NY Sprinters requires full payment for the booking either at the time of signing the contract or 7 days before the event date. Payment can be made through money order, check, or major credit card. Cash payments are only accepted in person at the NY Sprinters office.

 

A non-refundable deposit of at least 50% is required to secure reservation date and vehicle.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
•    No cost cancellation on a Mercedes Sprinter made 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
•    No cost cancellation on a Mercedes Sprinter Limo made 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
•    Cancellations made when vehicle is on location will incur to full minimum charge.
•    Cancellations made after cancellation policy will incur to full minimum charge.

In order to bill card on required amount or serve as security, a copy of a valid credit card, front and back with signature of cardholder is required in addition to the corresponding driver license authorizing NY Sprinters to secure the sprinter. 

 

Please note that you will be held accountable for the cost of any excessive cleaning or damage to vehicle. A complimentary selection of soft drinks and water is available in certain vehicles while alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited.

In the case of an unexpected natural event, NY Sprinters reserves the right to substitute a vehicle for another vehicle of equal or better quality, year, make, and model as the one originally agreed upon.

Upon receipt of your signed contract, payment, signature authorization, and a copy of the front and back of your credit card via mail, we will book and guarantee your vehicle. A receipt will be sent to you via mail.

 

Refunds: All refunds, including those for cancellations and disputes, are issued by mail and can only be credited  through a company check or credit. After cancellation processing, please grant ​a period of 7-10 business days for delivery. NY Sprinters does not guarantee prompt delivery and is not responsible for undelivered or missing deliveries of mail.
